TMV respects the non-evil Google approach to providing Internet based services. TMV believes customer loyalty is a two-way street. TMV will not do anything to our customers that we do not want done to us.
TMV will maintain the highest level of integrity and business ethics. TMV does not condone the use of spam campaigns, bait-and-swap techniques or any other unethical practice to increase our customer/user base. TMV relies on ethical advertising and word of mouth from our loyal customers to expand our valued customer base.
Personal Information We Collect
Customer Provided Personal Info: Name, address, phone number, billing information
Customer Provided Valuable Info: Manufacturer, model, serial number, attached pictures, purchase value and depreciation data.
Communication: All Help Requests and e-mail solicitations.
Cookies: TMV does not require users to maintain cookies to use TMV.
Information Sharing
TMV does not sell or share any information with third parties. TMV respects the personal information and privacy of our customers and will do everything in our power to protect your personal information.
TMV may use aggregated non-personal information for trending and advertising purposes.
TMV does use Google AdSense to cover the costs of the free subscriptions. Only Google tracks the AdSense clicks. TMV does not track the advertisements, nor provide Google with any other information.
Information Security
TMV has taken the appropriate measures to safeguard all of your information. TMV also conducts periodic security audits to ensure the current procedures and system configurations are effectively preventing unauthorized access.
Only TMV employees with the proper “need to know” are granted access to personal information.
Policy Enforcement
Unauthorized data access by TMV employees will result in termination and possible criminal prosecution.
