Terms of Use

General

TMV respects the non-evil Google approach to providing Internet based services. 
TMV believes customer loyalty is a two-way street. 
TMV will not do anything to our customers that we do not want done to us.

TMV will maintain the highest level of integrity and business ethics.  TMV does not condone the use of spam campaigns, bait-and-swap techniques or any other unethical practice to increase our customer/user base.  TMV relies on ethical advertising and word of mouth from our loyal customers to expand our valued customer base. 

Eligibility Requirements for TMV Subscription

    • Users must be over 18 years old.
    • TMV only allows one free subscription per adult per household.
    • One household per paid subscription.  No sharing paid subscriptions.
    • Users must agree to and comply with the TMV Terms of Use.

Unauthorized Valuables

Users will not add the following valuables to the TMV website.  If users are caught during random queries, they will be banned from TMV; their subscription will be suspended without refund; and the appropriate law enforcement authorities will be notified of illegal items.

  • Drug and drug paraphernalia
  • Pornography
  • Gambling Related Items
  • Illegal firearms, weapons and ammunition
  • Any other illegal item or item that violates the Google AdSense Program Policies
  • Multiple items listed as single items that are not normally considered bulk items. 

Spam and Refer-A-Friend

Users caught trying to spam the advertisements or conduct click fraud will be banned from TMV and their subscription will be suspended without refund.

TMV only sends e-mails related to account actions (create subscription, payment, expired subscriptions, etc.) or responses to help requests.

Refer-A-Friend e-mails are not initiated by TMV.  TMV does not maintain the referred e-mail addresses or sell the addresses to third party spammers.

Subscription Cancellation

Users will not receive a refund for subscriptions after 7 days of purchase.  Users that desire to cancel their subscription must submit a help request to the TMV Customer Service Specialists to cancel their subscriptions.

Free subscriptions that remain inactive for 6 months will be automatically deleted.  Users will receive notification via e-mail one month before their account is deleted.  Users can extend their free subscription by simply logging in TMV. 

TMV reserves the right to suspend the subscription without refund of any users that violate the TMV Terms of Use.

Subscription Downgrade

Users must submit a help request to the TMV Customer Service Specialists to downgrade their subscriptions.  Users are responsible for deleting excess valuables to comply with the new subscription limits.  Users will not receive a refund for subscriptions after 7 days of purchase.

TMV will automatically downgrade subscriptions to the free service after one month of account expiration.  If the user’s valuables exceed the free subscription limit, TMV will automatically delete the excess valuables and all attached picture files.  TMV will make weekly e-mail notifications to the customers after the subscription has expired and before the subscription is automatically downgraded.

Warranty

TMV makes no express or implied warranties for the provided services.  TMV takes all necessary precautions to safeguard user information with 128-bit certificates and password protected access.  Users enter their information at their own risk with the understanding that TMV has taken all necessary precautions to safeguard their information.

User Responsibilities

    • Users will create and modify all account information.
    • Users will create, modify and delete valuable information.
    • Users will create, change and reset their passwords.
    • Users will submit help requests to the TMV Customer Service Specialists.
    • Users will ensure their credit card/PayPal information is current when their account is about to expire. 
    • Users will manually renew their subscription if their credit card/PayPal information is out of date when TMV attempts to auto-renew.
    • Users will not attach pictures of unauthorized valuables described above.
    • Users will only add their own valuables to TMV. 
    • Users will not share TMV subscriptions with other friends or family members.

TMV Responsibilities

    • TMV will follow the standards of and maintain a good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
    • TMV will follow the Terms of Use of Google AdSense.
    • TMV will follow the Privacy Policy.
    • TMV will always give professional and common courtesy to all customers.
    • TMV will auto-renew paid subscriptions.
    • TMV will notify users via weekly e-mails if their credit card/PayPal information is out of date when TMV attempts to auto-renew.
    • TMV will downgrade subscriptions if expired accounts have not been renewed after one month.
    • TMV will notify users via e-mail if their subscription has been downgraded.
    • TMV will report illegal or criminal user activities to the proper law enforcement authorities.

Terms of Use Changes

TMV reserves the right to modify this Terms of Use at any time.  TMV will notify customers via e-mail and update the Terms of Use page on the TMV website if the policy is modified.
